Friendly, convenient, local. I was concerned because week before I came to CU but it was closed, alarm and light flashing. I called phone number and no one could tell me why

My visit to Pacific Service Credit Union was to deposit a check and to get some cash out, this was done right away without any wait. I appreciate the fast service.

NOT a 10. My personal business was conducted in front of the entire lobby. We asked a person in the office for assistance as she was walking out of her office and she was pretty much rude to us and told us to see a teller. Unfortunately a family member passed and we needed to do some account maintenance and i dont feel that should have been in the lobby w a teller.

Took care of all of my banking meds.

When I come to the branch to handle my account needs I always have a good experience. The tellers/clerks/?? Are always very helpful and efficient.

The young lady helping me was very friendly and helpful and informative, she made my visit very pleasant.
