Courteous and professional staff

I live in Texas, so this was the first time I’d ever been to a branch office. I found it easily and there was no line when I arrived. Teller was friendly and actually interested when I told her I needed the cash because I was on my way to buy a motorcycle. It was not a complicated visit, but I felt that the human interaction was efficient and pleasant without being overbearing, Got the cash, a new PIN code and love the gorgeous new (used) motorcycle.
