Your services are great. We used to have "fun" tellers that seemed like family. Most of them have gone onto other things (reading between the lines, it appears because of management), and you've become "just a bank" now. Not nearly as much fun to go into.

PSCU has good service and loan products. The interest rates for savings are low though it helps keep the loan rates down too.
