The staff in the Concord branch is always friendly, kind and efficient. My experience with the rep, I think her name is Lilly, is always engaging. She is very engaging and completes my transactions as requested.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

I was not able to deposit money at the atm. My card had been closed. I was told the card was reported stolen, and I had not reported it stolen. My mortgage was due that day because of this problem the the payment was made but I was charged the fee because there was not enough money in my account. I went to the Concord office the representative refunded the fee and accepted the deposit I that I could not make the night before. The representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate her knowledge and her help. She also helped me sign into the credit Union account on my cell phone.
