I may have misheard how to pronounce Nduta’s name (just saw spelling on last email) because I was speaking her name as “Deetra” on our initial phone call, so I explained to Nduta what my situation was and she explained in a very professional manner options available. Everything was set up on that first call. I and my wife appreciated that very much. The entire call was nice and pleasant and we even shared some laughs. Then our signing visit with Nasly and Myriam at the Willow Way office went very well also. I learned about how to go about opening a Heloc account in the near future where our loan issues can be consolidated into one overall loan further simplifying the matter. All very nice and appreciated.
