I was frustrated when unable to perform a transfer between accounts online. I called the customer support number and spoke with Valerie. She explained about the temporary technical problem online and quickly made the transfer for me. Customer support is why I will always bank with PSCU.

Every staff member I have interacted with over the phone has been very friendly and helpful.

He guided me through a technological issue to transfer money from my checking to my savings account which issue was caused by my old laptop not having complete compatibility. He also assisted in getting my address changed.
