I tried (and did, eventually) take advantage of your recent solicitation of a higher interest of 3.51% certificate. But what I went through to get a hold of a live person was almost unbearable. We live in a world today where customers or clients do not even want to make business calls anymore (my friends feel the same way I do) with businesses turning their phone calls over to robots, machines, AI, etc. What can normally take about 5 or 10 minutes on a phone with a human now takes 8 days to get someone to return my calls! I left numerous messages and all I kept getting was a recording that said, "no one is available to take your call. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you." I left several messages but no once called me back. I finally replied to your solicitation email and I finally received a call back. This is very frustrating to me, the customer, and a waste of my valuable time. Once I finally talked to a human being they couldn't have been nicer, however, no one understood what the problem was. I never want to experience this again but something tells me I will be forced to. Such a shame that companies don't care about providing excellent customer service anymore, which, in my eyes, starts with a live person answering the telephone.

Wonderful customer service representative helped (real live person) me to re-establish my password + pin. She was kind and patient as I went through all the steps, and there to answer questions that came up. Thank you for picking up the phone.
