I don’t feel like they want to keep my money there by requiring new money to get a higher interest rate. I have to move matured CD’s to another bank in order to get a better rate.

Even though my preference is to talk human I did complete my objective of updating my beneficiaries. I think the human element is a necessity in preserving this country. If there had been a branch closer to me I would have made the changes in person.
