The representative was very attentive and clearly was fully present to listen to my problem and quick to understand and provide the solution. There was no bias in my account activity and she was able to assist me in writing the cashiers check I needed in the conclusion of the call. I was able to conduct the business I needed at the bank I was in and informed about how to further use PSCU’s services in the area.
