Dear PSCU,I worked in customer service for over three decades, so I value customer feedback and try to take the time to fill out surveys whenever I can. That said, I find the "Based on your most recent experience with...; how likely are you to recommend..." a ridiculous question. I am guessing that you are trying to evaluate my most recent experience, which is fair. However, I would NEVER make a recommendation to anyone based on one experience. Additionally, I take exception with being asked such a poorly put together question. I am sure some survey company gave you this question as I see it on most surveys, but since you are asking me to take my time to fill this out I would suggest you ask whoever you use, to take some time to come up with a better way of asking what you want. That said, I will take the time to answer the two different questions that do not belong together. If the question you are interested in is how was my most recent experience with PSCU, the answer was almost perfect. I called in on the customer service line to pay my monthly auto loan payment. The phone options were clear and easy to follow. Most importantly, I was able to connect with a live person very quickly. This last part is HUGE, in an age where everyone is trying to move away from using live people, it is a huge positive to not only be able to speak to a live person, but to be able to get to them easily and quickly! The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, she was clearly trained to not just be able to help me, but to be friendly and courteous while doing so. The only negative part of the experience is that she was not able to pull up my information to make a phone payment. I call in every month pay make a phone payment, and nine out of ten times my information comes up for the agent on the phone. It is frustrating when it does not, as it did this time. I do not have my account information memorized and I am not always in a place where I am able to pull it up easily. If not for that frustration I would give this singular experience a ten.If in addition to, or instead of the above question, if you are asking me how likely I am to recommend PSCU to someone, my answer in terms of a number would be a six, maybe a seven. We start out with a positive, because PSCU gave me the bast rate for my Auto load. The experience then went down hill, because the website was incredibly difficult to navigate. After multiple attempts I finally gave up on trying to set things up to pay my auto load monthly, and just called in every month. I understand that the website has been redone, and I did try once to go in and set things up, but honestly by that time I was so over dealing with it that my patience was pretty much at zero from the start. I did ask for an email with step by step instruction, which I was not able to get. This takes us to dealing with customer service monthly, which has always been excellent, even when occasionally having to deal with my information not being available to the agent. The last negative is that I have called in multiple times to try to speak to the (seemingly) one person assigned to help with DMV issues. Every time I have called the person assigned to help has not been available. Additionally, after leaving my name, number, and reason for calling every time, I have NEVER received a call back. For all of the reasons mentioned above, my number for "how likely [am I] to recomend PSCU to a friend" would be a 6.

Two different calls. On the 1st, the Representative was willing to listen to my situation. Was very knowledgeable about available services . And able to implement those services. The second was a call back concerning a loan application. Again very knowledgeable about services. And possible resolutions to my current situation.

I've been with PSCU for about forty years, and have only good things to say about them. My experience at branches is always positive, with friendly, knowledgable workers. Online, it's easy to pay bills, transfer funds, or even open a new account. PSCU is a gem, and I fell lucky to bank there.
