I had called a few weeks ago because my CD was reaching the maturity date and I wanted it to be converted into the higher rate 5 month special CD. However, the rep I spoke with never set-up the new CD and I was being converted to a much lower rate CD. So the recent call was to correct a PSCU mistake. I appreciate that this was corrected - but I should not have had to catch a mistake and save myself from losing $1500 dollars in interest.

I’d like to see PSCU offer higher overall savings rates. Thanks for providing the 8 month 3.51 APY CD. I realize there are savings/loans percentages that institutions must follow. People who actually save money are penalized vs. those who make good money but are constant spenders and borrowers.

On two occasions the check I sent was misplaced for several days. One was never found and had to have a stop notice applied. The latest check was finally located.
