Leon assisted me in adding money to my 5 month Renewal Special rate CD. It was above the daily limit, so he adjusted that and then stayed with me on the line to confirm my mobile deposit was received and then he transferred into the CD {on line only allowed mobile deposit to Checking or MMA.
