The representative did not ask me my password. She also wanted to do another level of verification that I never have experienced. I asked for a Supervisor who was very helpful . I been a customer over twenty years, I just wanted to know how to get into my rewards points. I’m not sure why the Rep felt it necessary to get another verification when she didn’t even ask my password. I had to tell her I had one . 🫨
