I have been PSCU customer for many years. Quality of service and friendliness of personnel have been outstanding all these years.

The representative did not ask me my password. She also wanted to do another level of verification that I never have experienced. I asked for a Supervisor who was very helpful . I been a customer over twenty years, I just wanted to know how to get into my rewards points. I’m not sure why the Rep felt it necessary to get another verification when she didn’t even ask my password. I had to tell her I had one . 🫨

The woman who helped me was lovely. She talked to me about what I needed and had a helpful suggestion.
