It has taken 5 months and 6 phone calls to cancel auto pay for my Pg&e bill and cancel this account. In addition after auto pay was cancelled, I received a threatening email advising my $133.49 bil, was going to collections. Your system is terrible. I had to change 7 other auto bills to my new account all the others were simple but not yours
