For what I wanted to call was virtually worthless. He had access to nothing that I wanted to know about, but I guess it’s good to know you’re there in some capacity on the weekend.

I have now had two CDs with PSCU within the past two years. Each time I try to move funds from PSU to my Schwab account, the staff did not know how to do it and on the last occasion, my Schwab account was debited and dollars were returned to PSCU. This whole interaction last time, wasted approximately an hour and a half of my time to get some particular help from a senior staff member in order to straighten things out. This also caused me some undo grief as a result of looking at my Schwab account. How about educating your staff so this doesn’t happen?

I initiated the most recent contact with PSCU and my questions were answered. The call was nothing exceptional in terms of customer service, although the wait time to reach a 'live" agent was too long. I'm not unhappy with PSCU and over the many years that I have been a shareholder I would say I am very pleased with the service. This is especially true when I am contacted by the fraud dept. regarding charges on my credit card. My only wish is for an available ATM in my state.
