We have a password on our accounts. I gave my SS# which bought up many accounts. Then I was asked to give my dob & phone number. Then the passwords, which I gave in reverse order. That didn’t make the phone rep happy, so I had to repeat the password. I was transferring from my MM 04 to my daughter’s acct. Then I requested an email with the transaction and was told they do not send emails. Nor by mail but it will show up on my statement. I have been a loyal customer for over 45 years. Just too many steps to access my account. I do not go on line to see my balances, I wait for my statement. You need to make accessing accounts easier and reps more knowledgeable.
