Every time I contact PSECU I am always satisfied with their assistance. Whether it's requesting a check from savings, balance inquiries, increasing automatic deposits, the representatives are always very informative and provide the best service above all others.

Too hard to access getting logged into Online statements and account information. I shouldn't have to change my password every month and speak to an agent for an hour or more to get logged in! It's extremely time consuming and irritating. How many passwords can you come up with over and over with none of them working in your system. Too many glitches. Get it right or we'll go elsewhere.Also, this is Frank's wife Pat, not Frank, as I'm the one who handles accounting and financial matters for our family due to Franks impaired vision. I've read this to him and he concurs.
