U answered all of my questions re my issues in a timely manner.

Your security questions are tedious and prolonged. Does it aid customer satisfaction or ultimately the Credit Union, to ask six tiresome questions and to follow up with a text code? Other financial institutions are satisfied asking fewer questions known only to the customer and satisfied with their security needs. I've been with PSCU for over 60 years and find it irritating each time I contact your personnel. I have avoided business with PSEA for this reason.
