The phone staff has always been thoughtful & courteous & in several circumstances has gone out of their way to resolve my situation or question. Which happened recently as you may know. The young lady took the time to put me on hold for a couple min in order to ask her supervisor, I’m assuming, for guidance about my situation & came back able to walk me through it.I was grateful for her honesty & persaverance as she returned apologizing for taking so long before she guided the obviously confused lady (me) through the sequence needed to complete my transfer.After 25 years of employment in a high school setting. It was great to see that some kids not only survived, they learned communication skills that will support their success in life.
