My experience was excellent!I visited the dental clinic for a cleaning and polishing procedure. It was a great experience overall — I’m very happy with the results. What stood out to me was that the clinic uses modern, up-to-date equipment, which made the whole process smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Your office decided to tell to go elsewhere because I complained about the poor manner in which my crowns were attached as they have come off at 20 - 25 times since they were put on. Instead, they blamed me, the patient, for there poor quality of service

Everyone was kind and attentive which helped me to relax.

The Hygienist was kind and patient. She did explain to me the exam and what next steps should be taken. The appointment over all took longer than the normal new patient appointment.My appointment was for an exam and cleaning. I only received an exam. (A deep cleaning is what was advised, which I never agreed with) I stated to the hygienist that my insurance does not cover this and she let me know some else will provide me with details. After the exam an appointment was made for the following week. Once up front at the office the employee provided me with a print out of estimates. I did not have time to go over the estimates so I decided I will give a call.I called today for a better understanding because I was a bit confused after the exam regarding the cleaning and because I was in a rush to leave.I explain to the employees who answered and was then transferred to Teya (not certain of her last name) and explained again. Teya was unfortunately rude. I’m not sure if it was due to her sensing that I was unhappy at this point about my situation and that’s why she came across rude. Regardless Teya should not have been rude. She was short in her answer and not at all understanding. As soon as I realized she was not coming across kind I disconnected. I will be canceling the appointment. This is the second time I have felt disappointed by this dentist office. The first was regarding an appointment I made for my daughter almost a year prior and it was cancelled.

This has been the best and most detailed dental examination I ever experienced. Julie was so kind and took time to explain the situation in simple words. I'm really impressed!

Very nice office. D3 and the Dr. were very informative. I really enjoyed talking with them!
