Went in for a cleaning, was told I need a deep cleaning, was not told the high price of it until I was leaving.Now I have to go out of my way on another day just to get my original cleaning done.

Trying to reschedule an appt that my son missed in Dec. For the times I need, we weren't able to book until April, but even then its not a great time. I'm now on a cancellation list, but my son will almost go an entire 6 months for a missed appt. He was sick in December.
