I’ve never had a dentist experience like this in my life. Dr. Bradley was SO delicate, I was shook how smooth the whole process was that I actually was in tears of relief. The assistant Ella was also a huge support for with my anxiety, held my hand the whole time and reassured me every minute that everything will be ok. Front desk was also helpful with payment plans. Literally 10/10 I wish I discovered you guys earlier. Thank you so much. 😭

This was my first visit to the office. Prior to the visit Lea helped me get an appointment that worked around my schedule. She also helped to get an appointment for my daughter that lives out of state and will be here for the appointment. Ariana was wonderful. She did all the x-rays and scans . She explained the process with each step. She was so efficient and thorough along with being concerned about my well being during the process. LaRhonda explained the insurance information and carefully detailed every item. She offered so much additional help. All my additional appointments were set up too! It was an absolute wonderful experience! I will highly recommend them.

Everyone was welcoming and introduced themselves. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.

I liked that I was able to get the appointment started at the scheduled time no wait.

When I called to make an appointment the lady was just so lovely. She was able to get me in right away. When I met the staff they were just so friendly and lovely as well. They explained things step by step and made sure I was comfortable.

I specifically asked for a cleaning appointment. When I arrived, was told they were going to do x-rays and checkup only, that cleaning would have to be scheduled for 3rd visit. I removed my bib and left. This is not what I requested and would not have made the appointment if I had known I couldn't get a cleaning for 3 visits.

As someone who has not been to dentist in way too long with some dental anxiety issues, it could not have been more of a pleasant experience from start to finish. Excellent and personable staff all around. Everything thoughtfully explained. I feel like I am in great hands and looking forward to my dental journey!
