I came for a new patient visit so that I can start getting regular cleanings here. The new patient visit was supposed to be x rays and a consult with the doctor, but that ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes, much longer than any dentist appointment I’ve ever had. The hygienist was not in the room for the majority of the visit and I spent nearly an hour total waiting while she came in and out of the room. The doctor however was very nice and was very informative as to what is going on and next steps for treatment.

Doctor Joe was excellent for the chip tooth he did excellent filling and work was top notch. He is good at making patient comfortable too. 5 stars for him!If the time delay in billing issues could be taken care then that would be ideal. I lost around 30-40mins around that part.

I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist that I put it off for years. I was incredibly nervous about this appointment but every single person I spoke to was so lovely that it really set me at ease. Everyone from the front desk through my appointment was kind, professional and supportive. I really really appreciate the care and attention that went into making me feel comfortable and ensuring I understood the process and next steps throughout. Thank you!
