Two out of three past visits, to include my most recent visit, presented a problem with insurance, co-pays, and accuracy. I was asked to pay for a crown that was fully covered and I was asked to pay nearly $100.00 for a cleaning that was also covered. I think the billing staff finally updated my chart, but my confidence in the practice is shaken. Sorry but I prefer to try another dentist office.

Alexis brushed her teeth in the exam room prior to my appointment at 8:00 a.m. For germ control and overall etiquette, I think that this should have been done at home or in the public or staff restroom, instead of patient rooms.
