Staff were friendly. Dr cares deeply about his patients. I felt heard when I was explaining my issues. They took my situation seriously. I highly recommend this dentist office.

My 16 yr old son had a 3 pm appointment. Didn’t get started until an hour later. No one gave a reason why..

The wait time for a cleaning appointment was 7 months.

I was there for a second opinion and was very impressed with everything about my visit. I currently travel an hour to visit my dentist of many years but would consider moving to this practice.

My new patient appointment to establish care was how every dental appointment should be executed. The initial appt request (online) to walking out after being seen the day of was at every step informative and perfect! There were zero gray areas of the rhyme/reason something was being done or what the future plan options were with clear explanation. I did not feel rushed one bit by any staff member. I personally felt as I was the one rushing being I had to get back to work. They offered to take care of that portion of my visit and would contact me with details so I could get back to work in a timely fashion. Very much appreciate the patient care received! Very comfortable and confident to schedule routine visits in the future to continue the needed care.

I don't like the feeling that you want to wait until something small gets bigger so that more money can be charged for the treatment.

Two out of three past visits, to include my most recent visit, presented a problem with insurance, co-pays, and accuracy. I was asked to pay for a crown that was fully covered and I was asked to pay nearly $100.00 for a cleaning that was also covered. I think the billing staff finally updated my chart, but my confidence in the practice is shaken. Sorry but I prefer to try another dentist office.
