Need to put down paper mats . It had dirty shoe marks on my floor mats in the.front driver side . ThanksBeen coming there for 5 years . Have good results .

I actually don't know if free WiFi was available, I didn't check or see any signs. The lounge area has zero power outlets though so I wasn't able to do any work on my laptop (which I needed to plug in to charge) or charge my phone. That was annoying and disappointing.I thought that the vehicles were supposed to be minorly detailed during service appointments, but it did not appear that any interior detailing was completed. Again, not a huge issue, just a missed expectation or misunderstood expectation on my part, perhaps? Also, the driver seat was left in the adjusted position for the service technician. Again, not a huge deal, but another different expectation I had.I pulled up to the service bay door and no one came out to check in with me and the door didn't open so I went inside to check in. Not a big deal, but I guess I sort of expected someone to come out or at least open the service door so I could pull my vehicle inside?Service staff was very friendly. There seemed to be a tech issue with their system because, after I was already checked in, they couldn't find my reservation for my service appt so that was strange. Hard to get anyone on the phone sometimes.Sales area great. Service area lacking.The only person who talked to just told me that they were new to the job. Didn’t explain anything. Just gave me a paper.Didn’t perform complimentary wash and vacuum that I asked them to perform.I’ve had my new car serviced several times now. Each time I’ve been I was told that everybody was new each time. So a lot of turnover I guess. Typically they don’t explain anything. Sometimes the paper given to me has wrong information on it. They’ve never done the complimentary wash and vacuum even when requested.
