Jack was very helpful with checking in and checking out. Also, the office manager was very nice to call me and ask if I was satisfied with the service I had received.Every time I come to have my car serviced here, the staff are extremely helpful and they really care about me as a person. They're always very honest about the work that I have to have done and they work with me on the price that I have to pay. I love going to a dealership where you're valued as a true customer.

I have to pay extra and take my car to another dealer because they couldnt provided service (requested previously)I have to look fo r my car, nobody call me or notified meMy car was not cleanI am not coming back againThey dont provide information, poor customer serviceI went to the dealership because I had a message on the panel " Engine malfunction" After, the service was done, I came back because on the panel still was showing the service message. The old guy scream me( wrong way to do customer service) that I need to make an appointment for service. I explained in detail to the young lady on the service desk, I need service too.. I ended up.paying in another dealership for.service. I am not.coming back again.
