Telephone service is awful. The number listed on the emails disconnects you after telling you that your next in line, but it says that as soon as the connection is made. None of the numbers work except sales.

I came in for an oil change but was told I needed rear end brakes. The sticker that should have been applied for my next oil change mileage was not applied to my front windshield. The brake job took entirely too long.This visit took too long but the service advisor was polite and she was trying to handle a lot by herself.I called several times but couldn’t get a human on the phone to make an appointment. I scheduled the appointment online.I didn’t drop my car off, I waited for it.

The car had some spots on the front that had not been thoroughly cleaned and looked like a scratch. There is also the remnant of a sticker left on the inside windshield.LaVonne was super helpful with getting me the information I needed in order the decide to drive down to Conyers. This definitely made things less stressful because I didn’t have to haggle with dealerships two days in a row. Haussan was very friendly and showed me the cars I asked to see without being pushy. Leo, who was training with him was also very personable..My experience was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly without being pushy.

Well the valve stem cap, which was chrome, wasn't put back on. Because of past experiences, I walked around the car and discovered it. The car wasn't that clean when I brought it in so that didn't matter.Other than the missing valve stem cap, nothing. Once again, Joy being back made me feel comfortable in knowing she'll handle it. Now the question is, how long will she be there. 🤔 If I come in again and she's not there, then I'm more likely to go elsewhere.
