I didn’t get the help I neededI needed my tires rotated

Well the valve stem cap, which was chrome, wasn't put back on. Because of past experiences, I walked around the car and discovered it. The car wasn't that clean when I brought it in so that didn't matter.Other than the missing valve stem cap, nothing. Once again, Joy being back made me feel comfortable in knowing she'll handle it. Now the question is, how long will she be there. 🤔 If I come in again and she's not there, then I'm more likely to go elsewhere.

They did not take the plastic off the inside of the car. Mats were still wrapped and the front window had some left over paper stuck on it.Had a great experience. Fun and friendly salesman, honest and open finance man. An all around great time.
