Out patient endoscopies. Staff very helpful and friendly while accomplishing their goals. Doctor ans nurses and anesthesia were great. Informed of all actions taking place and Doctor gave my wife the results. A very pleasant experience.

I was told different things by different people throughout the day. One said definitely no surgery today, then a short time later they prepped me for surgery, I was told I would not be going home after surgery and after was told to eat and leave. Throughout the day I was asked many times if my contact was Glenda P. Each rime I said do not call her she has been ill. The last person was in the surgical team and I told them to call Jeannie. When I got to my room Glynda wa there as they called her to pick me up although I had previously asked someone else. There was trouble with my IV line burning when they gave me antibiotics. I called nurses station to tell him and he said that was normal. A short time later my arm swelled to almost twice the size and he blamed the mri department. This is just some of the issues I had.

Sit in the ER for 5 hours the Drs office sent me to the ER because they thought it was my heart

Everyone made check-in very easy, especially being able to do much of it by phone. The nurses, doctors,and the anesthesia team were great. Very good experience for having to have surgery.

Good care and everything went smoothly from pre-op to post surgery.
