Everyone and every team was very nice, professional and amazing. They were super friendly and explained each step as I was signed in, prepped, moved to each area, operated on, post op, and overnight recovery! This was my first ever overnight in a hospital and I was pretty nervous. The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel my care was top notch and that aided in my fast and complete recovery! Good job to all teams involved!!!

The treatment Renee recieved was great. We could not log into the system to find out the results. If you want to help us just call 831 261 6850 and tell us the results. You may think your system is great but please just call us. I cannot remember our password and I tried several.

From checking in at the visitor desk all the way to discharge EVERY SINGLE PERSON we encountered was kind, informative, professional and compassionate.

I was there for surgery and the staff were extremely caring and kind. Everyone was professional and did everything they could to make my stay easy. Much thanks to everyone there!!

I am highly disappointed. We came in a wheelchair and was asked all these questions about falls. They put a fall risk armband on. Would not let anyone go back with for the mri. Lady did not lock wheelchair and did not assist and let fall. Made a bad skin on knee. Just put a bandaid on and wheeled him back out and said had a little fall. Time we got home blood was all down leg into shoe. Ruined a pair of pants and shoes and had to clean vehicle. We are still having to treat it cause it’s on knee and keeps breaking open. If you ask all these questions and got fall risk armband this should not happen. They should be hands on assisting people get up and down.

Easy and efficient

I can't say enough about the great nurses, one in particular, Sheila Brown, for their great care. Sheila went above and beyond the call of a RN during my care. I truly believe her kindness and understanding, when i was mentally in doubt, helped me see they were only trying to help.
