Marla, I outpatient lab is so nice!

Er visit - quick care, explanations provided, tests performed in professional, courteous manner. Admitted to hospital later that day, room neat and clean. Upon release prescription was called in but seemed to be incorrect dosage per pharmacist (B12 injections @ .1 ml as opposed to 1 ml) and what was demonstrated to us before leaving that day. Followed up with primary care for correct dosing and new rx.

My recent visit at hospital for surgery was a great experience. From the check in wait time to getting me setup in my room was smooth. From the techs to nurse in room to O.R. nurse to recovery nurse were all very friendly, personable and polite. They kept me calm. I appreciate they also kept my husband aware of surgery time and how to follow progress on monitor. After surgery doctor called my husband to let him know how it went and what was done. I truly appreciate all who were involved.

Everyone was helpful and speedy
