Everyone was very nice they of course asked lots of questions, when I asked them questions they explained in detail which I appreciate. Thanks for your continued care and support of our community.

Horrible. I had a terrible experience. Everyone- Nurses and hospitalists wanted to treat me like a drug addict when I have NEVER done any kind of drug in my life or ever misused prescription opioids. I begged so many hospitalists and Dr's for different scans and they refused and just told me there was no reason for my pain. I finally got a Dr/ hospitalists on my side and he believed my pain was real and he got me on a good medicine schedule, got my pain under control and ordered me new scans and wouldnt you know it we found the source of my pain. Now not even a month later I have had a CT myelogram and found out my spinal fusion is failing along with finding a 7mm disk fragment while I was in your hospital. I was given the wrong medication for THREE days while my pain was getting worse and Dr's were pulling my pain meds calling me a drug seeker thinking I was faking because I was still " claiming pain" after 3 days of being on Salu Medrol. NOPE I hadn't been on it for 3 days because they were giving me the wrong medication. They sure treated me like a queen after that and got me on the correct steroids and gave my pain meds back. HUGE thank you to Dr. Beshoui Lebib for taking the time to talk to me and taking his time to figure out what was wrong with me. He could tell my pain was real. He told me someone cant fake pain like that. Hes amazing and I give him personally FIVE stars across the board. As for the rest of you, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Now i am listed as a DRUG SEEKER on MY medial history. But dont you worry. My lawyer will be handling that and the way you treated me and for giving me the wrong medication and for letting me lay there in agony covered in my own PEE while I was begging for help. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

The young lady that put in my IV port (left arm) caused me pain. It swelled and knotted up. The young gentleman had to take it out and wrap a warm washcloth on it. He then put it in my right arm ok. Another lady was taking the sticky patches off to re do and pulled out my hair and wasn't too caring about it.

Everyone at the center was great. They all made sure I understood what to expect and answered all my questions. They were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Mom"s ER stay was exceptional. Her transfer from the ER to floor 6 was unacceptable. There was practically no care on this floor for my 87 year old Mother who has pneumonia and flu A. She did not see a doctor from 4:00pm until 1:30pm the next day even though she has congestive heart failure and pulmonary fibrosis and was so sick from the pneumonia and flu. Her night meds were not given, the pharmacy didn't put her meds in until the next day and this only after I asked the nurses to check why they were not in. She was not scheduled to receive her meds until 9:00 that night. Mom's heartrate was fluctuating widely but vitals were not scheduled except every 6 hours(?). I requested a monitor through the nurses and the alarm kept going off as Mom's heartrate climbed and her oxygen dropped. After her heartrate stayed above 177 and didn't go down I pressed the nurse button as no one came while the monitor alarms were not addressed. The guy that came said the moniter was not monitored at the nurses station. He said he thought the monitor was giving fslse readings and Mom was fine. She was not fine. Mom was having symptoms and when she started having burning across her chest and her heartrate was still 177 I tried to call a case manager and left a message regarding my concerns, Within 5 minutes a nurse came, checked Mom, and called the PA on duty (Regina). The nurse ordered an EKG while waiting for the PA. A rapid response was called and after Mom's heartrate was back to normal I asked for her to be moved to the 4th floor. Her care there was good. I am not happy with the nurse practitioner, nor the care policies on the 6th floor.I do have to say that the nurses on the 6th floor did try and were very kind. Also, Mom was told she would receive breathing treatments but never received them. Her pneumonia was never addressed on the 6th floor. She even asked me to take her home as she felt she wasn't getting any care. Mom did not receive the care we have come to expect from CRMC on the 6th floor or from the hospitialist (Regina) (until the rapid response was called by the nurse). She did get great care once moved to the 4th floor and in the ER. Mom is the easiest patient ever and it is not our wish to complain, but her lack of care on the 6th floor was unacceptable.

I am an employee of CRMC and came in to do a Left/Right Heart Cath and TEE. I was a little nervous, but Lisa Winkler and Brooklyn "Little Bit" Richardson made me feel at ease. I was surprised to be transported to Room 331. I was impressed with my Transport person, (she said her name but I can't remember); she did not leave my husband and I until my nurse was available. I am sure that is protocol, but I wouldn't have known that and she could have left us. Lisa and Brooklyn were working in an area where the things they needed were located in a different place or had to be found. They would normally have been on 5W. Lisa never lost her cool, because she also had a patient in Room 330, maybe more. But they kept it together and kept the atmosphere "light" not tense. She improvised when needed and I feel like very professional. I like her personality and could easily be good friends with her. I appreciate Ashley Saucier stepping in to check on the situation to make sure the nurses had what they needed. I know there were a couple more but I didn't catch the names. After my procedure, she was so kind and when I got a "roommate", she was good. I am glad I got Lisa and Brooklyn and anyone else that came in and I don't remember a name. We, CRMC, have great nurses and I am proud to say I work here.
