Dr. Kobbari was very thorough and helpful. Gave me the choices to diagnose my scan results to hopefully eliminate any lingering issues.

I had an appointment for pre op registration and waited close to an hour to fill out papers and answer questions

All of the staff except two were wonderful. One of the two used profanity of the worst kind and the other one wouldn’t help me get pulled up in the bed. The rest of the staff were kind, attentive, friendly, and respectful. They brought me treats to eat because I was anorexic. One of them brought me a book and spent money from her own pocket. I would recommend CRMC to anyone. They took very good care of me.

Everyone is really nice, but it shouldn't take 5 and 6 hours to stop a nosebleed, as it did in two previous visits. This last time, the doc got it plugged, and we were out of there in about an hour. I realize you all get busy, so I can understand some delay. Also, check in on the patient more often when possible. Overall, we're grateful that we have a hospital so close.
