In the ER, virtually no one paid any attention to alarms. We had alarms going off left and right and no one came into do anything about it. Once we were admitted, the service was very slow. You run on "hospital time" and that speed is reverse. The Dr. ordered a procedure at 8 am and it was done at 2 pm. (no, it was not imaging - just something the nurse had to do).

Horrible. I had a terrible experience. Everyone- Nurses and hospitalists wanted to treat me like a drug addict when I have NEVER done any kind of drug in my life or ever misused prescription opioids. I begged so many hospitalists and Dr's for different scans and they refused and just told me there was no reason for my pain. I finally got a Dr/ hospitalists on my side and he believed my pain was real and he got me on a good medicine schedule, got my pain under control and ordered me new scans and wouldnt you know it we found the source of my pain. Now not even a month later I have had a CT myelogram and found out my spinal fusion is failing along with finding a 7mm disk fragment while I was in your hospital. I was given the wrong medication for THREE days while my pain was getting worse and Dr's were pulling my pain meds calling me a drug seeker thinking I was faking because I was still " claiming pain" after 3 days of being on Salu Medrol. NOPE I hadn't been on it for 3 days because they were giving me the wrong medication. They sure treated me like a queen after that and got me on the correct steroids and gave my pain meds back. HUGE thank you to Dr. Beshoui Lebib for taking the time to talk to me and taking his time to figure out what was wrong with me. He could tell my pain was real. He told me someone cant fake pain like that. Hes amazing and I give him personally FIVE stars across the board. As for the rest of you, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Now i am listed as a DRUG SEEKER on MY medial history. But dont you worry. My lawyer will be handling that and the way you treated me and for giving me the wrong medication and for letting me lay there in agony covered in my own PEE while I was begging for help. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

The young lady that put in my IV port (left arm) caused me pain. It swelled and knotted up. The young gentleman had to take it out and wrap a warm washcloth on it. He then put it in my right arm ok. Another lady was taking the sticky patches off to re do and pulled out my hair and wasn't too caring about it.
