From the time I walked into the ER until the time I was discharged after surgery, it was amazing! The staff was top of the line. Kind, considerate, understanding and very knowledgeable. The nursing staff was beyond amazing as was anyone else that entered my room to help with anything. I can't say enough good things about CRMC!

Extreme nursing shortage in ICU. Also, I was put in regular ICU when I’ve should have been put in cardiac ICU. My curtain was consistently left open so that anyone walking down the hallway could see me going to the bathroom at my bedside toilet. Most of my nurses knew that I was there without insurance because I heard them talking about it when they left my ICU doors open, but my curtain pulled not very professional or abiding by HIPAA guidelines on Monday when I was supposed to receive my cardioversion apparently in my ICU room my doors were left open, but my curtain completely pulled. I overheard the team who was going to do my procedure argue for over 30 minutes about who was gonna do it what time it was gonna be done why it was late why it was being done in ICU and not downstairs the anesthesiologist was leaving in five minutes what were we gonna do? It just really seem like no one cared about doing it, especially because I didn’t have insurance totally unprofessional and when I told my nurse about it, I had a nice lady come to see me and try to make it all better. I had been withheld food and water for over 16 hours. This was 4 o’clock in the afternoon and my procedure was put at the end of the line. And then I have to hear my team arguing over it.that really put me in a good mindset to have the procedure done and feel confident.

Experience is was great. All the staff were friendly and professional. I do have to say that it is a shame that health care has turned into customer service and the emphasis put on patient satisfaction surveys is ridiculous.

All of the nurses and staff were kind, attentive, and compassionate throughout my stay. I always felt well cared for, and they took the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism and expertise. Everyone was knowledgeable and made sure I understood what to expect. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay even more pleasant. The exceptional care I received made what could have been a stressful experience much easier, and I am truly grateful that I had my procedure performed at Cookeville Regional.
