Dr. Torres is the best. He took his time explaining things in layman's terms. I felt so comfortable with him I hope he doesn't ever move away. Please do whatever you can to keep him around.

Nurses and doctors were on top of it

Everything was done professionally.

Nurses were very kind except rushed me a little at the end when I was trying to read my discharge paperwork. Otherwise very sweet. Ashli was great per usual.

Staff explained to me step by step what was going to take place before and after my procedure.

Everyone I dealt with at CRMC was kind and efficient

Staff are great. Everyone was kind and attentive. I would have given 5 stars but the parking is atrocious. I use a walker and have a handicap tag for my car. Finding a handicap parking spot (or any parking spot) is next to impossible. The one time I was able to find a handicap parking spot it was by the cancer center. When I went in to ask about getting to the hospital the cancer center receptionist said I would have to walk around when clearly you can go through a door. The receptionist was extremely rude, showed no empathy or caring when I was clearly struggling to walk. Frankly I would never use that cancer center based upon this experience. If I was a manager there that receptionist would have been fired on the spot for her rudeness.

Everyone there was great

I have gotten a couple Iron IV transfusions through Labor & Delivery. The ladies are very kind and very patient. The only thing I would change is that I wish my orders were there. Each time i call they cannot find me and they do not know why and it takes a good hour for them to find my order, have my IV made and get me hooked up. It's not their fault but it makes me feel bad and it's a lot of work for them. They are so kind and gentle and I hate to make their day any harder.

The team was very competent and friendly. Before and after the procedure the care was excellent.
