All the staff were great, they really took good care of me. The only thing the hospital needs to do is replace broken furniture and get new sheets etc. my bed had a sheet that had lots of little holes in it. The chairs in waiting had scratches or the seat covering was peeling. Do better that is the first thing I noticed when I sat down in the SDS waiting before my procedure.

For the most part, considering the anxiety of why I was there, most of the multiple of individuals attending to my care were awesome. Kind. Patient. BUT I will say, there were a couple 'bumps' in the road. As a long time 'Customer Service' provider, little things can make a huge difference. Example - the individual who came and got me from the waiting area - never introduced herself; just confirmed who I was and started walking. Not a word until we got the room where I was going to be in and she said 'you're in here'. Pointed to the gown and left. Then the two who came in to prep me for my procedure - one was truly GREAT! Explained everything. She primarily did the computer stuff while the other girl actually did the IV and stuff. What a disaster. After making no less then 4 trips back and forth to get all the stuff she needed; she brought tears to my eyes trying to get the IV in right. She used a plain wash cloth to clean up the bloody mess and then, oh my, the pile of wrappers and used and unused stuff, including needles were tossed in the regular trash. That was discovered by the other gal when she came back looking for the label that should have been with the blood sample they took for a Potassium test. She did find the label and pulled out all the needles and stuff and disposed of them properly. I don't mean to nasty. Other than the girl who brought me back and the IV girl, everyone else was really quite wonderful, most especially the anesthesiologist. He recognized immediately that I was petrified of being put to sleep and took extra care to put me at ease. Overall I was impressed with CRMC including the safety and parking lot personnel.
