Had surgery with Dr Jestus whom was professional and caring removing and adding a fusion plate in my neck. He made me comfortable and confident in his ability keeping me at ease before, and after the surgical procedure.

There was such a long check-in line that even though I was 20 minutes early I was still 15 minutes late checking in. I had a blood draw on August 17 and as of today (August 25th) I have been unable to get the results through the patient portal.

The two nurses who attended to me were very good, caring, supportive and efficient. They were over-worked and had to be called away several times before finishing with me. I felt bad for them. You need to hire more nurses and aides.
