Didn't have to wait long. My exam was done by Jennifer. I feel that the exam was a good complete exam.

Nurses were nice everyone explained what to expect

My appointment was on time. The staff was excellent, and my medical provider spent time going over my situation as well as explaining everything in detail. She showed compassion and interest towards me as a patient.

Everything was good except for the person that tried to start my IV site. She dug around in my arm and caused a massive bruise. I told her I had small rolling veins and needed the machine to find them. She ignored me and started digging on my other arm . She finally stopped after me complaining. She needs to be taught to listen to the patient and not her ego. John who did the ultra sound found my vein no problem and he never left a mark. She needs to be reprimanded for her actions. She had no business digging in my arms like that causing me pain and swelling and bruising . I am on an Anticoagulant. I am really upset about this. Everyone else was great .

I was in for an Ourpatient Procedure a the entire staff in Same Day Surgery was amazing. Thanks to all the nurses for taking such good care of me.

My Pulmonologist Dana Kilgore is the most efficient physician I have ever delt with. She is precise and meticulus with every detail of my care. She had scheduled a breathing test for me because I haven't had one in years. I was pleased that my lung function had improved by 10 per cent. She replenished my prescriptions and sent one to Just Breathe while I was there to maintain my oxygen concentrator at home. She is also scheduling a ctscan for me in December. We did one last year which was the first ever on my lungs. She always listens to my concerns and lets me discuss my care with her. I have seen 5 specialists in the past couple of years and she is without a doubt the most professional.

Nurses where great Emr was fast , on top of what was going on, and very concerned courteous Made me feel like I was in good hands I Dr was straight forward ,didn’t beat around the bush which I really like and respect

Everything went well... with the exception of phone systems not working correctly when staff tried to reach my husband and son in law. Once I was awake I was able to call both using my personal cell.
