I assume this survey relates to my outpatient lab visit. As always, the entire staff did an excellent job.

This survey is for 3 separate stays in the hospital. May 14-15, 6th floor. June 3 -4 on the 5th floor and Jun 15 - 20 on the 4th floor. It is with pleasure to tell you that the medical care for all three stays were excellent. This includes the nurses, PCA and Hospitalists. The reasons for stays one and two was for internal bleeding and stay three was cardio and pneumonia. My one suggestion is the nursing staff is a minimum of one nurse short. With patience, this did not affect one care.

I recently had a hernia repair by Dr. Jeff Moore. Dr. Moore and every person that we encountered during the whole procedure was awesome. Everyone worked very hard, was very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant. We literally did not get seated before they took us back to begin the surgical process.I received a call from the hospital the next day to make sure that all was going well.I could not be happier with Cookeville Regional!!!!

My biggest concern is the loss of Dr. Robin Jacob's. He has been my Dr. Throughout both of my occurrences with cancer and not only is he a skilled oncologist but also has impeccable bedside manners and is truly a caring doctor. I fear going forward that my treatment will suffer now that he is gone.
