Excellent care. Nurses were extremely helpful and cheerful. My stay was longer then expected and my family always felt welcome.

The person doing the test was very nice and explained everything. The front desk I felt could have be more friendly . Was cold and didn't smile.

EXCEPT FOR THE ER, WE ARE PLEASED WITH CRMC. We hate that we "lost" Dr. Summers when Vanderbilt took over the Cancer Center. The staff is still very pleasant and we are hopeful the doctors will prove to be as forthcoming and ENGAGED as was Dr. Summers. He actually listened.

I didn't get the results I wanted, but I believe the test was done correctly. I needed to know. Thank You. Randy Dayhuff
