very friendly and courteous service from pre op appointment to my surgery all of the staff took time to make my feel comfortable and not stressed, amazing team! Dr Moore is an amazing surgeon! He has my complete trust!

I’m always nervous when I get my mammogram because I have had breast cancer in the past. Everyone there is so kind and reassuring. The technicians and staff are wonderful.

Dr Easterday is excellent and my office appointment went very well. Dr Easterday recommended I have a biopsy on my prostate and that’s where the problems began. The Surgery Scheduler is AWEFUL! They don’t follow up as they say they will. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls. They said they needed a release from TN Heart and would FAX it over to them. After 3 days of no contact I called TN Heart myself and they had not received the request. Still waiting and very frustrated.

I felt like they didn’t address my issue. They started out but then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and then I was just left in the same position. I was when I got there and that was frustrating. Also, I didn’t have any like follow up appointments or anything that I know of and that was also very frustrating to me. I’ve been dealing with this for a while now, and I was just like it to be addressed.
