My grandfather did hospice care in the hospital. A LPN student (also CNA employee) decided that was a good time to confront me after I had asked her LPN preceptor not to allow her back into his room. Additionally, within minutes after he passed someone from case management came into speak to me about what his discharge plans were! This day was hard enough as is without these unnecessary conversations!
