Needed labs in order to have a needed test at Vanderbilt and the Urgent Care folks were understanding and took care of the issue, talked with our doc at Vanderbilt and got the labs delivered.VERY efficient, very understanding, and easy to work with. We are fans of CRMC Urgent Care

The staff and services were excellent. The only exception was keeping the room clean. The trash cans stayed overflowing, without trash being emptied. The messy toilet after colonoscopy prep stayed messy. It was still messy when Jack left. (Not ideal sanitary conditions)

Misdiagnosed with vertigo. St Thomas West definitively diagnosed a stroke. No one seemed to care if I was there. No communication on the meds they were pushing on me.E.R. looks like someone cleared out some room in their basement. You have problems with your hospital.

The check-in desk in the Emergency Department should really take a person's temperature and pulse rate. When I was finally called back for the initial assessment, I was wheeled immediately back for medical care because of my circumstances; it would have been nice if I hadn't had to wait so long for a problem that was immediately deemed as serious. Once I was able to get medical care, the rest of my four days at CRMC had excellent care from every nurse, nurse's assistant, and doctor that I interacted with. In particular, Sam in the ICU and on the North Fourth floor, LeeAnn, Tambra, Marianne, Pranav, Cody, Emily, Alyssa, and a couple of other nurses whose names I wasn't sure of were all fantastic. The people in the Hearth Cath lab were also great, but Nathan? is the only person whose name I may be remembering correctly. A doctor that helped me in in the middle of the night on Friday (Shannon?) was amazing, as was Gus, the "pharmacy" person, and Tom, who helped with some breathing problems. Really - terrific job, everyone.

Colonoscopy went well and without problems. Dr. James Ezi-ashi saw me beforehand and was very personable. He also did my last procedure five years ago. The anesthesiologist was very professional. I fell asleep quickly, woke and left shortly without complications. The nurses were very helpful and personable. I would highly recommend CRMC for this procedure.
