I was very pleased with my experience for same day surgery. The staff is great!

The facility was clean, in order, quiet, organized, pleasant and met all my needs

I was welcomed by the receptionist answered some questions. Then 35 minutes later abd two nurses cared for me and prepped me. Very kind and cordial.

All the nurses & techs were super sweet.

IT was fine

Very difficult to find handicap parking

Everyone was very helpful. I would have liked to have talked to the doctor about the test results.

I had four bypass heart surgery, my surgeon came in to see me everyday. Explained everything so I was able to understand clearly what had happened to me. During my five day stay I had several nurses, two of which were OUTSTANDING! Donald Butler and Grant, sorry but don't know his last name but he was my nurse three days in a row, took such excellent care of me. So did Donald, they both deserve gold stars! Couldn't believe after the surgery I had just had that I was back home at 11:00am on the 5th day. Thanks so much to everyone who helped with my recovery. Cookeville Regional Medical Center is the best place for your heart and deserves way more than just 5 stars!
