I had a heart attack on Monday February 16th.I was very fortunate that I got to CRMC as soon as I did and the staff and all the care I had was the best.Thank You so much.

The staff was super nice but when it takes seven times and three different nurses or whatever the job title is to start an IV with contrast I feel like that’s unprofessional. I told the staff before leaving the imaging section of the hospital the IV blew & none of the contrast would show on any images taken due to the pain and swelling in my arm where the contrast was I wasn’t able to squeeze the alarm. If I hadn’t went to the restroom before leaving the hospital I would’ve already left the hospital before the staff knew the IV blew and no contrast show on the image. I was politely asked to come back upstairs to have the contrast part MRI done again. 2 more attempts by 1 staff and 2 more attempts by a nurse the MRI w/contrast was completed. If staff imaging staff wasn’t polite, professional and respectful this survey would have zero stars. CRMC is the only hospital anyone has issues starting an IV or taking blood from me!!

Cookeville Regional Medical center has been efficient and friendly every time I have been there.

The staff and nurses were amazing. Thank you so much to Katy and Shannon for taking such great care of me. They were so tentative and caring.

All employees from desk to the procedure and recovery were top notch and took care of all my needs , questions and concerns.
