Came into the ER on Sunday morning, May 31, and was taken straight back. They had blood drawn and an IV started almost instantly. Found out I needed to be admitted and was taken to a room in less than an hour. Was in room 554 and had wonderful nurses. Kelsie was my nurse for two days and was excellent. The nurses and assistants answered any need I had and I received all my medications timely. Everyone was courteous and the room was clean; the hospitalist was friendly and knowledgeable about my condition. They referred me to a urology specialist to follow up with there in Cookeville which was super helpful. Overall excellent care and other than being sick excellent experience.

Everyone treated me with respect and very caring the nurses were all great. The billing department were very nice and helpful.

Your NP Anna was very helpful with information about my alpha gal during my visit about getting the right medication. She even talked to my Pharmacist about it, and he said he was very impressed with her. Another reason why I go to Urgent care.
