All staff were professional, helpful, and friendly

seen on time and was happy with hoe I was treated by all staff. Felt well taken care of.

Appointment with Dr. Lambert on the 17th of February. Short waiting time. Nurse asked questions and did ultrasound of bladder, and also urine sample. very thorough, very informative. Met Dr. Lambert. He had reviewed my medical history and referral. Prescribed new medication to try until followup on May 19th. He let me know the next step might need to be scoped, but was hoping medication would solve my problem. He left an excellent summary on my CRMC Patient Portal.

Dr Cole and the Surgery center are great.

I have absolutely nothing to say in any way that is negative about my experience. Everything went well and I am supremely happy with the service, and professionalism of the staff and the work they performed.

It went very smoothly and wonderful nurses and staff.

In the ER, virtually no one paid any attention to alarms. We had alarms going off left and right and no one came into do anything about it. Once we were admitted, the service was very slow. You run on "hospital time" and that speed is reverse. The Dr. ordered a procedure at 8 am and it was done at 2 pm. (no, it was not imaging - just something the nurse had to do).

The procedure was quick and easy. The doctor and staff were excellent and very proficient. They had great bedside manners.
