The doctor took her time with the explanations. You didn't feel rushed and all the questions I had were answered fully. Very respectful, informative, and cares for the patient and their needs. Office personnel were amazing as well. A+++++++

My only bad experience is the handicapped parking area on the side of the building, from that area you have to walk all away around the building to the front to get to your Dr's Office or Elevators(East Entrance) Those Handicapped parking spots should be moved to the front East Entrance parking lot not on the side of the building... Unlock the doors for easy access for the older& Handicapped patients try to see their Dr's Appointments !!

Was sent there by Brent Wilson PA over at Sparta medical. Wilson took me off of testosterone 4 months ago because of elevated red blood cell count was higher than normal and he was worried I would have a stroke . Brett Wilson, then sent me to Dr. Pittampalli, to help look at my issue, took blood samples during that time 4 months went by I had another blood test showing decreased red blood cell count and also had a biopsy with another doctor on my prostate it came back clean thought everything was good to go the PA sent me back to Dr. Pittampalli because he didn’t want to deal with my testosterone issues if I have a high red blood cell count. It took four months for everybody to get organized when I finally did see the doctor over at your medical facility. Dr. Pittampalli basically looked at me, said she needed something else. I seen her first in October 2025 she seemed unaware of what Brett Wilson wanted.I feel like neither Brett nor the doctor there took me serious, or the issue I have had.it seems to me they play the game of cover your butt way better than being diagnosticians or concerned for the welfare of patients. I take it because I’m in a high stress, demanding job and my testosterones in the bucket so it helps me with my energy and my mood, but they don’t take any of that serious. Dr. Pittampalli didn’t say much looked frustrated, got up, walked out, didn’t say a word to me or my wife we didn’t know what we were supposed to be doing or anything she was just done. I had to find another doctor and asked if we were done. He found her and said we were good to go. That is all the instruction I got from another doctor that had nothing to do with me. In my opinion. She was mad at PA Wilson and took it out on her client waste of time and money and it was very unprofessional so with that being said not too thrilled.

Brandee, the receptionist and Jolene the nurse were excellent. They were both so friendly and helpful and their manner certainly put me at ease. Dr. Vallepu however was another story. I'm sure she's a competent doctor but her manner is cold, abrupt and argumentative. I didn't like being around her at all.
