I am giving you all 3 stars. The nurses and staff get 5 stars. The doctor gets 3. 3 because she was clean and tidy. However, there was definitely lack of communication on medicines she wanted to subscribe. Medicines, I found out through my own research, would not be 2 years but a lifetime. Information that was not explained. There wasn't any discussion on other options. If you are the type that only wants a script and needs someone to write it, it's great service. I am feeling very distrustful.

Dr. Vallepu is excellent in understanding my concerns and in helping me find ways to improve my health.

Nothing was accomplished without a current blood test. 4 months since last blood teset. New blood test was after visit with doctor. Now I have to wait 4 months to find out how to fix my out of range blood test???

Everyone is friendly and caring ask questions on medication and how are you doing having any problems very professional

Had to go for labs and was left waiting for an hour past my appointment time before being told the lab tech had to leave early and I had to be sent somewhere else for lab work

My poor rating is for my appt. with Dr. Vallepu not the hospital. My first visit with her was in April 2025, she was suppose to check and possibly do a biopsy. I had been in the hospital with a bad infection they wanted me to get my thyroid checked as soon as possible. It took a couple of months to get an appt with her. First visit in April 2025. She came in and said she could take over my diabetes I just had to tell Dr Garry, I said no that I was here for my thyroid. Every visit she came through the door talking about my diabetes and not one visit did she ever mention my thyroid. But I did. She didn't send me for a biopsy until May 2026 she had the results almost a month before contacting me. They found something very concerning and mention the C word. I have to go see a specialist to see if I need surgery. I would never recommend her to anyone! I don't think she should be practicing especially at an awesome hospital like yours. I am very disappointed in Dr. Vallepu! And by the way my diabetes is just fine.
