I obtained an very accommodating appointment for a consultation and on that date I was seen by the doctor at the scheduled time (no waiting time issue). Doctor Bertram took some vitals and queered about my current and history health and in addition to my Primary and other specialist recommendation we are proceeding with a Colonoscopy. The appointment for the procedure was also very accommodating for me. Nurse Denise provided the PLENVU solution and clear instructions to prep for the procedure.

I want to first say that the nursing and receptionst staff were great. The doctor was ok and took time to answer any of my questions. The two main issues include the check in process and the preop processing all centered around privacy.1. The receptionist following your process for admitance took my license and health card to just turn them over to the admitting person. When we were finally asked to come back to provide the information to start a file, my DL and Health card were then copied. It did not help processing time and no there was another person holding my info. Why take my cards early.2. I've been to several hospitals and out patient surgical centers before but never to a location were your private information could be heard by other patients. I've only experienced a private room where your personal information was shared with the nurse or doctor and your prep was handled. After your prep and saying good bye to your spouse you were brought to a preop area waiting for your operation.

As always Dr Anbari did a great job. He always makes his patients feel special and not like a bunch of cattle being run thru and treated.
