Everyone was so helpful in every aspect of the process. A follow up call was given to check and make sure I understood results from my procedure as well as how I was doing.

Acceptable wait time. Dr. that listened and handled situation appropriately.

It was hard being told again that my case is too complicated for another GI to keep ongoing, but she was at least able to keep me and help me get all of my medical records together from all three states to help me find the right GI who will be able to take my case and follow me through till the end. Im just praying I don't run out of time before finding the right GI. It has been mentally and physically draining to be told over and over again that I am too much with all that i have going on with my intestines and stomach.

I was a little nervous at first, but soon after I started explaining my problem, I start feeling more comfortable and felt the doctor understood. He was very nice and professional.

Great as usual

Everything very professional yet personable. The nurses were very nice and pleasant. The colonoscopy process is not the most pleasant thing to prepare for but the staff made it bearable. Overall, a good experience.

Good follow up and communication

Check in was easy. Dr was on schedule and extremely attentive to my needs. Nursing staff went above and beyond.
