I haven't seen the pulmonologist in about a year, when I arrived at my appointment I was informed that I was about 4-5 hours early, I clearly had the wrong time, as I live about an hour away I was concerned about missing my appointment, the polite and friendly staff were able to make an exception and made time for me to be seen, I received the required medication that I needed and did not have to reschedule, so thank you so much to the courteous staff

I am very pleased. The staff was professional and efficient, but even better, they were personable and left the impression of friends. Eric Simmons was especially pleasant and helpful. Dr. Shaffer, as expected, was very knowledgeable, but took the time to explore the necessary directions, give good explanation and a way forward. Trust is elusive in today's economy with much skepticism regarding the whole of the medical/ pharmaceutical/ insurance/ government interlinking complex. My experience with Dr. Shaffer and that office goes a long way toward building trust. He's a great asset to CRMC and our community. You had better do what you can to keep him and the staff..
