I am very pleased. The staff was professional and efficient, but even better, they were personable and left the impression of friends. Eric Simmons was especially pleasant and helpful. Dr. Shaffer, as expected, was very knowledgeable, but took the time to explore the necessary directions, give good explanation and a way forward. Trust is elusive in today's economy with much skepticism regarding the whole of the medical/ pharmaceutical/ insurance/ government interlinking complex. My experience with Dr. Shaffer and that office goes a long way toward building trust. He's a great asset to CRMC and our community. You had better do what you can to keep him and the staff..

I saw Dana Kilgore on this visit. She was AMAZING, she covered my cpap usage history, we discussed the cpap machine pressures and she determined that I needed to try a nose mask as opposed to the mouth and nose pillow I had been using. She recommended a nose mask she had experience with and even had it to show me what it looked like and how it worked. When I left I went to Just Breathe and although I didn’t go with the nose mask she had shown I did go with a nose mask that went slightly into my nostrils. That night I had the best sleep ever, no interruptions due to my sleep position changing to cause a mask leak that would usually wake everyone up with the old mask. Dana Kilgore was very personable and professional asking the right questions to improve the quality of using this equipment. She is a great asset to the Pulmonology Dept. delivering the best care anyone could ever receive. Thank You, Dale Harris
