the process was efficient almost too efficient. The front staff barked commands to everyone who walked in and had us take a seat. From their seats behind the desk they called my name and I had no idea which of the three people had called me, I walked there and waited for someone to direct me. Then back to a seat and shortly and imaging specialist called me back.
