Super satisfied with the professionalship and courtesy shown to me by the entire staff. The young lady, Amy, I believe was her name, was exceptionally friendly and respectful recognizing my advanced age and physical condition. She was very helpful in making sure I was comfortable as possible during the procedure and I was extremely thankful for her attention to that. Overall I can't express too strongly how good it feels to have such great service given to me, especially in the times we live in today. Too many institutions seem to take the "customer" for granted, but I have found the CRMC staff, overall, to be willing to go beyond the norm in trying to treat people with respect.

Fast and easy the people there were very friendly

Nothing noteworthy. Staff weren’t notably friendly or rude. Imaging was done. I felt a bit like a specimen than a patient as someone was in training, but the training has to happen sometime so not complaining. It simply was a perfectly neutral appointment.

I found my entire time pleasant as the staff was both friendly and helpful. I do wish the staff doing the actual procedure would have spent more time explain the process. I have a hearing problem and my hearing aids to not always pick up voices properly. But overall, I am happy with process.
